Summer break
Beautiful apartments, spotlessly clean. Pool area lovely, couldn't of wished for anything more. Staff were all lovely & very helpful. Can't wait to return at Christmas.

Would book again, great value for money
Great location, friendly staff, nice pool temperature and jacuzzi. Good food at the hotel bar. Very close to the main strip.
There was no water one night until approx. 0830 the next morning, we did not have anyone come and explain what had happened and reception was closed in the morning. I heard a rumour it was a leak, but it would have been nice for us to have been informed what was happening or even after the event, an apology for the inconvenience.

My Oceana Experience
I loved the place. I was there last year and booked to go back in September. Spotless clean staff lovely. I loved the way the front gate is locked at night.
Most places have free wifi also the safe in the appartment is locked with a key. If someone broke into the apartment and found the key they could take what's in it. You can't carry the key around with you its bulky. If your bag was stolen the key is gone. I think the safe should be key coded.

What was the highlight of Club Oceano Lanzarote
Very Good
We chose Club Oceano for it's location to the Old Town, a particular favourite of ours so it didn't disappoint. Bar & food service was good and reasonably priced. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. Sun loungers were comfortable and plentiful. Overall it seemed the maintenance team were constantly repairing/ tidying/ refreshing the complex so it was encouraging to see pride being taken in the surroundings.
We were aware safety deposit box & wi-fi were payable on check in but still find it hard to believe in this day and age it's not all included in the price. We stayed an odd number of days and there was no pro-rata of the wi fi price to reflect this and it was disappointingly patchy in our apartment & non existent in the bedroom. We weren't on holiday to watch TV but apparently the British TV satellite had been switched off so that wasn't available as advertised.
